No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances only exchange is available.

Once an order is placed and delivered, the payment made is non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility Conditions

An exchange request will be accepted only if:

• Request is made within 8 to 10 days of delivery
• Exchange product will be delivered in 10 business days
• The product is unused and unopened
• The bottle is sealed and untampered
• Original packaging, labels, and invoice are intact
• Product is in resalable condition

❗ Opened, used, or unsealed bottles will NOT be accepted for exchange.

Exchange Process

1. Contact us at Arshmalik8860@gmail.com with your order ID and reason
2. Our team will verify the request
3. After approval, return instructions will be shared
4. The product will be inspected after receiving
5. If approved, an exchange will be processed

Important Notes

• No refunds will be issued under any condition
• Exchange is allowed only once per order
• Shipping charges for exchange may be borne by the customer
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling will not be accepted
